By car:
From the North
From Inverness take the A9 all the way south to Pitlochry, by-pass Pitlochry then 5 miles on at Ballinluig watch for, and take the turn off to Aberfeldy (12 miles)
From Aberdeen take the A93 great Western Roaf all the way south past Braemar and Glenshee, then follow the signs to Pitlochry. Exit the south side of the town, join the A9 south, then 5 miles on at Ballinluig watch for, and take the turn off to Aberfeldy (12 miles)
From the South
From Glasgow, M80 to Stirling then A9 to Perth, then at the Broxden roundabout take the A9 Inverness road past Dunkeld and look out for the turn off – left – to Aberfeldy (12 miles) at Ballinluig some 10 miles on.
From Edinburgh, Edinburgh Airport and Rosyth ferry, head for
the Forth Road Bridge then take the M90 all the way to the south
side of Perth then proceed as for Glasgow above.
By Coach:
A regular coach service runs from Pitlochry, and there are Citylink
and National Express connections to Pitlochry form all major cities.
There is no rail service to Aberfeldy but there are regular daily services from across Scotland and the south to nearby Pitlochry where you can join a local bus service.
